Charleston Hypertension Center

The center is specializing in treating patients with high blood pressure and kidney diseases. We provide a wide range of services to our patients on site including diagnostic tests as well as laboratory services for the convenience of our patients.

We are based in South Charleston at 500 Poplar St., Suite 203. S. Charleston, WV 25309. We have multiple satellite locations in Charleston, Ripley, Hurricane and Chapmanville. The reason for the satellite location is to spare our patients from having to drive to Charleston for their appointments. We visit each of our satellite locations once every two weeks. If patients need to be seen earlier, they are seen in our S. Charleston office.

• 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring

• Iron infusion
• Reclast infusion

Dr. Abdul Zanabli is a board certified Nephrologist and Hypertension specialist. He has been in practice for eight years. Dr. Zanabli was trained at Brown University and Mayo Clinic and he has numerous research and publications in the field of kidney disease and hypertension.

Dr. Zanabli is on staff and see patients at all the hospitals in Charleston, WV including Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC), Thomas Memorial hospital, St. Francis hospital and Select hospital. He provides dialysis services at all the dialysis units in town and surrounding towns. These units include:

• FMC - Charleston Dialysis unit
• FMC - Hurricane Dialysis unit
• FMC - Ripley Dialysis unit
• Greater Charleston Dialysis
